Fletcher Keister

Mr. Keister has more than 30 years of industry experience with a diverse background spanning sales, product management, customer operations, finance, IT and business transformation at global companies such as MCI, Level 3, CenturyLink and Lumen. Prior to GTT, Mr. Keister served as Lumen's chief technology officer leading a global team of 3200 people responsible for platform and software engineering, IT Operations, data, transformation and program management. He holds a master's in business administration from Portland State University and a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Oregon State University.
Joan Logan

Joan Logan is the president of GTT's Americas Division. Tom Homer

Tom Homer is the president of GTT's Europe Division, overseeing key functions in the Europe region that include client success, sales, sales engineering, professional services and overall client account management. Mr. Homer brings over 25 years of experience to GTT as a telecommunications industry executive. Before joining GTT in 2020, Mr. Homer was chief customer officer at Laser Light, responsible for sales, product management, marketing and customer experience. Chief Marketing Officer & Chief of Staff
Lisa Cool is GTT's chief marketing officer and chief of staff to the CEO. Ms. Cool is responsible for GTT's marketing strategy, brand evolution and go-to-market efforts and leads the marketing functions including corporate, product and field marketing, as well as demand generation. As chief of staff, she manages the CEO agenda, ensures cross-functional alignment and communications of key initiatives and corporate priorities and objectives. Ms. Cool joined GTT in October 2015 and has worked in several executive roles aligned to the CRO office, including SVP sales operations. She brings over 25 years of industry experience to the role and has held senior leadership positions in the telecommunications, data center and public cloud sectors. Ms. Cool was formerly vice president marketing and sales operations at both Broadwing Communications and Active Power. While at Broadwing she also served as general manager and vice president customer operations. She received a bachelor's degree in finance from Bloomsburg University and completed the Corporate Performance and Growth Program for Executives at Harvard Business School.
George Kuzmanovski

She also served as General Counsel at AmeriCorps and practiced law at Cravath, Swaine and Moore, Venable, Wiley Rein, and People for the American Way. Ms. Green received a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
Frederique Arnold

Frederique Arnold is GTT's senior vice president of Human Resources (HR). In this role, she leads HR for GTT, overseeing performance management, compensation planning and talent recruitment as well as HR support for acquisitions, organizational restructuring and change. Ms. Arnold brings 20 years of human resources experience at international companies in the high-technology industry to GTT, working for high-growth, rapidly changing organizations. She joined Interoute in 2006 as the director of global compensation and benefits and later held leadership roles in the human resources function. Mike Little

He has also held various leadership positions in financial planning and analysis, data analytics and sales operations at CenturyLink and Level 3. Mr. Little holds a bachelor's degree of science in business administration from the University of Colorado Boulder.
