Expectations for Business Partners

At GTT, we hold ourselves accountable to a high standard of business conduct and ethics, and we seek business partners who share in our commitments to deter wrongdoing across our supply chain. Our business partner code of conduct sets out the minimum standards expected from our valued suppliers and vendors. We also encourage our business partners to work among their own supply chains to promote business conduct in line with these principles.
GTT business partners are expected to:
  • Respect and obey applicable international, country and local laws, rules and regulations, including those related to anti-corruption and anti-bribery, and comply with export controls and economic sanctions
  • Prohibit from engaging in or facilitating transactions anywhere in the world involving funds that were derived from illegal activities
  • Seek to compete in a fair and honest manner
  • Ensure quality control processes and safety requirements for products and services
  • Provide a safe and healthy work environment and meet environmental compliance requirements across operations
  • Respect basic human rights and dignity, including protecting against child labor, forced labor and human trafficking
  • Prohibit any form of unlawful discrimination or harassment in all business dealings

All business partners are encouraged to report observed illegal or unethical behavior to GTT Human Resources, GTT Legal or any of GTT’s executive officers.
