GTT Communications, Inc. (NYSE: GTT), a leading global cloud networking provider to multinational clients, announced today that Nick Adamo has been appointed vice chairman of GTT’s Board of Directors. Mr. Adamo has served on GTT’s board since 2016.
Mr. Adamo brings to the vice chairman role over 30 years of leadership experience as an executive in the technology, media and telecommunications industry. Mr. Adamo served as senior vice president at Cisco, overseeing the company’s service provider division and Americas division in successive roles. Earlier in his career, Mr. Adamo held key sales management positions at IBM.

Mr. Adamo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering from Columbia University. His other board positions include chairman of the board of Commvault Systems, a New Jersey-based multinational software company, and board membership of Lookout, a San Francisco-based mobile security software company.
