What is GTT EnvisionDX?
GTT EnvisionDX is your digital experience to connect with GTT people, data, and technology. It offers visibility, control and management of your GTT products and services. It’s the best way to stay in touch with GTT, open service tickets, manage a bill, track delivery of services, and see announcements from the company to name just a few of the current capabilities!
Is GTT EnvisionDX just a new name for EtherVision?
EtherVision has evolved into GTT EnvisionDX. It’s more than a name change – it’s the first step in the ongoing evolution of the GTT customer experience. Expect new functionality coming your way with significant additions early 2025 and continuous development to keep you ahead of the fast-changing environment of networking and security services.
How do I log into GTT EnvisionDX?
Your login, passwords, bookmarks and links remain the same. Login to GTT EnvisionDX with the same credentials you used for EtherVision.
When is the transformation of EtherVision to GTT EnvisionDX happening?
- The change happened in stages.
- The first thing you will notice is a new landing page and login screen. Nothing about your login changed.
- Through the fall, there were small changes to your interface, logos were be updated.
- EtherVision as a name will disappear and become GTT EnvisionDX.

Are there any new enhancements to the GTT EnvisionDX portal that I should be aware of?
As the GTT EnvisionDX portal evolves, customers will be notified of new features or changes to the interface.
How will you keep me informed about changes & rebranding?
All GTT EnvisionDX users will be informed of changes before the changes take place. Notices will be posted on the GTT EnvisionDX login page and sent to you via email notifications. The email notifications are considered operations and service updates, so you do not need to adjust your email opt in settings to receive these notices (even if you have opted out of marketing communications from GTT).
Is there a schedule of updates to GTT EnvisionDX?
If I am enabled for single sign on with EtherVision, will anything change?
No changes are needed at this time. In the Fall, we will work with you to transition you from ethervision.gtt.net to envisiondx.gtt.net. You will be notified closer to the date with the details.
Will my links still work?
Yes, the links are still valid and automatically redirected to the new URL.
Will there be planned service interruptions during the transformation period?
There is no interruption in service anticipated during the transformation from EtherVision to GTT EnvisionDX.
Is my data at risk during the transition from EtherVision to GTT EnvisionDX?
Is the way I access GTT EnvisionDX different from EtherVision?
No. You access GTT EnvisionDX exactly as you do EtherVision . There is no need to change bookmarks, links, or logins.
