GTT’s 2026 Responsible Business Report marks the next step in our sustainability journey, reflecting our evolution from ESG reporting to a broader Responsible Business framework. Built around four strategic pillars, Future-Ready Technology, Digital Security and Trust, Customer-Focused Workforce, and Responsible and Accountable Partners, the report highlights how we are creating long-term value through innovation, accountability and responsible growth.

It showcases our progress in strengthening resilience, supporting our people, enhancing trust and transparency, and delivering sustainable value across our operations and value chain.

- Strengthened digital security and trust, achieving zero reportable GDPR data breaches and maintaining industry-leading security awareness performance.
- Invested in our people, with 85% of employees participating in upskilling programmes and more than 30,000 hours of training delivered.
- Enhanced supply chain accountability achieving 99% completion of sustainable procurement training for relevant teams and initiating a supplier engagement program.
