Andrea Genschaw is GTT’s chief financial officer, overseeing the company’s finance organization, including financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, accounting, tax, internal audit and finance transformation functions. In this role, she aligns GTT’s financial strategy with solving the business problems that matter most to customers, guiding sustainable investments that deliver measurable results and long-term value.

With her comprehensive experience in strategic transformation, Ms. Genschaw drives operational excellence within GTT’s finance organization and beyond. She steers the ongoing development of new solutions for cash, collections and billing, leveraging automation and GTT’s AI factory to enhance visibility, accelerate decision-making and deliver efficiencies both for customers and internal functions. Leading teams that combine analytical rigor with strong business partnership, she continually focuses on building the right systems and advancing real-time insight and predictive intelligence for delivering better customer outcomes.

Ms. Genschaw brings more than 25 years of experience from leadership positions at global companies. She is a recognized voice on finance as a catalyst for enterprise transformation, drawing on firsthand experience navigating strategic corporate transitions, modernizing finance operating models and leading large-scale ERP implementations.

Prior to joining GTT in 2025, she served as chief accounting officer and controller of Lumen Technologies. She has previously held leadership roles at CenturyLink, Level 3 Communications and PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as completed a fellowship at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Ms. Genschaw currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Division of Securities Board of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is a certified public accountant.
