Frederique Arnold is GTT’s Chief People Officer and leads the global HR function. She aligns talent, performance management and rewards with the frameworks, systems and behaviors that support GTT’s culture.

Mike Little is GTT’s chief commercial officer and serves as chief of staff to the CEO. He connects GTT’s commercial priorities with cross-functional execution and is responsible for its brand, go-to-market and customer experience strategy. He leads GTT’s use of business intelligence to measure performance, improve decision-making, strengthen customer outcomes and support long-term growth.

Richard Aspinall is the Senior Vice President leading GTT’s pan-European Enterprise team, with responsibility for all EMEA and APAC Enterprise accounts. He oversees sales, marketing, and business operations across these regions, driving strategic growth and customer success.

Tom Homer is the president of GTT’s Europe Division, overseeing key functions in the Europe region that include customer success, sales, sales engineering, professional services and overall client account management.
