Frederique Arnold

Frederique Arnold is GTT’s Chief People Officer and leads the global HR function. She aligns talent, performance management and rewards with the frameworks, systems and behaviors that support GTT’s culture. Her work embeds the company’s organizational commitments to an adaptive mindset, collective impact and customer ownership, enabling GTT to perform at scale through an engaged and empowered workforce.

Ms. Arnold’s leadership philosophy is centered on clarity, agency and accountability. She works cross-functionally to build organizations that deliver better business outcomes by removing friction, with people and well-being intentionally held in the balance. As a technology enthusiast with a grounded approach, Ms. Arnold speaks and writes about how AI is changing organizational roles, expectations and decision making, with a focus on how to reduce risk while improving execution. She provides hands-on guidance for leaders navigating this shift, covering what new skills employees need to master, what behaviors leaders must role model, and how HR governance and guardrails can support AI-driven workloads while protecting both people and business. Supporting a wide range of corporate functions including Finance, Legal, Security and Customer Experience, her perspective translates strategic expectations into everyday behaviors and workflows that teams can execute and managers can sustain.

Ms. Arnold brings more than 25 years of human resources experience from large, distributed organizations. Before joining GTT in 2018, she served as senior vice president of human resources at Interoute, where she had previously held leadership roles in compensation, benefits and HR operations. Earlier in her career, Ms. Arnold held several positions at Mentor Graphics, where she specialized in executive and general compensation, mergers and acquisitions, benefits, performance management, and employee relations. She holds a master’s degree in economics from Louis Pasteur University in Strasbourg, France, and a master’s degree in human resources from the University of Law, Economics and Political Science in Dijon, France.
